The L2 is the longest configuration available for the Ford Transit Connect, measuring 4.85 metres. Some direct rivals include the Volkswagen Caddy Maxi, but it’s built on the same platform, so there’s no noticeable difference in length. The Fiat Doblo is in the same category but isn’t as long. Otherwise, you may want to consider slightly larger vans, such as the Toyota Proace Medium, available as a crew cab and 4.98 metres long. That van is also sold as the Citroën Dispatch Medium and Peugeot Expert.
