I guess that might be possible, but an insurance company won’t be happy if the vehicle is actually being used for commercial purposes. Likewise, if you’re doing this to keep the tax down, you can’t use the vehicle for any non-commercial reasons - there are hefty fines if you’re caught doing so.
Finally, it’s not very easy to insure a commercial vehicle as a private individual, so that could well be your biggest stumbling block.
