Enterprise rent-a-car has added an extra 64 new Mercedes-Benz vans to its rental fleet in Ireland. The order was spilt between 15 medium-sized Vito vans, and 49 large Sprinters.
All the 64 new vans will be finished in the distinctive green-and-black livery of Enterprise, and they bring the Enterprise Mercedes rental fleet to a total of 105 vans — 50 Vitos and 55 Sprinters in both long and short wheelbase forms. Another 20 such units are expected to be delivered to Enterprise later in the year.
All of the Vitos and Sprinters going to Enterprise will come with equipment that includes Crosswind Assist, a multi-function steering wheel, twin passenger seats and electric windows.
With roots tracing back to 1957, Enterprise now operates in more than 30 countries with over 7,200 locations, offering customers a local and airport car and van rental service.
